How to book

To book your tickets for Be The Change 2006, please complete the form below. Fields marked with a * are required. Please note - the prices below are special 'early bird' prices, available through March 31, 2006.

There are 2 main categories of ticket: The corporate ticket (£350 for 3 days) is for those representing companies. It includes a special offer to encourage the attendance of young people, under 25, in your firm or family (£100 for 3 days). The individual ticket (£225 for 3 days) is for most of those NOT representing companies.

To hopefully ensure that no-one finds themselves unable to attend because of price, we offer a concession rate (£150 for 3 days) for students, NGO's, unemployed and retired senior citizens; and there will be a limited number of bursaries for those needing further assistance. (If you wish to apply for a bursary, please tell us something about yourself, and how much you can afford, in the 'Notes' box below. Your form will come through to us with a £0.00 amount showing for the time being - and we will email you back about the possibility of a bursary and a suggested rate.)

PLEASE NOTE - The prices mentioned above are for 3-day tickets. Tickets are also available for single days - also at a range of rates. To book these, please skip the first section below ('Booking for entire event') and instead complete the section 'Booking for Single Days'.

There are 3 ways to pay, 2 of them by using your credit card. Paypal is the quickest - and the easiest for us (and you no longer have to open a Paypal account to use it - just enter your card details as usual). But IF you have any problems using it (a few people have) then just press your BACK button and you can choose instead the direct credit card section. This sends your card details to us for manual processing. The third alternative is to pay by cheque - more effort, but puts the full amount into our account ! (Credit card usage costs us 3-4%.)
