Be The Change is a very exciting and forward-thinking endeavour. The part I am most looking forward to is the 21st May, when we have th opportunity to discuss practical solutions. I will be presenting an ambitious idea to create an entirely new type of business, based partly upon the Brazilian Ricardo ("The Maverick") Semlers' tried and proven egalitarian management methods. A group of us are looking to create a substantial M&A; fund to buy or start a whole range of businesses where these methods will be implemented. We would also like to implement an interesting, comprehensive and integral "sustainability" model as part of the management philosophy. This is a necessarily ambitious project but those of us that are involved feel there is a way forward. We have a high pedigree of management to help bring this to fruition, but always looking for more people to work with us.
